Content Complaints

Content complaints, content removal requests, reports of illegal or non-consensual content, and reports of abuse may be submitted directly to our 24/7/365 live customer service representatives through the following form. Complaints may also be submitted through live support, by phone, email, or mail using the contact information provided below. Anyone may submit a complaint, whether or not they are a user of the Platform.

We review complaints in good faith and take action appropriate to the nature of the complaint. Complaints concerning illegal or non-consensual content will be investigated and resolved within 48 hours. Where there is evidence that content is illegal or non-consensual, we will promptly remove the content and take any other action required by our policies or applicable law. If a person depicted in content claims that the content was published without their valid consent, we will take reasonable steps to verify that valid consent was obtained. If consent cannot be verified or is determined to be invalid or void under applicable law, the content will be promptly removed.

For other complaints, including alleged violations of our Terms of Service or other applicable policies, we will investigate and take appropriate action based on the circumstances. We may request additional information or documentation when necessary to investigate a complaint.

A person depicted in content may also request removal of that content. Once the request is verified and validated, we will remove the content and take any additional action required by our policies. If there is a dispute regarding a content-removal decision, including whether content should be removed, reinstated, or restricted, the matter may be submitted for independent review by a neutral third party in accordance with our alternative-dispute-resolution procedures. The cost will be covered at the merchant's expense. Where appropriate, content may remain restricted while independent review is pending to protect the privacy, safety, and rights of the individuals involved. The Company will cooperate in good faith with the independent reviewer and will implement the resulting determination promptly upon receipt.
